Ingredients

Spelt casarecce pasta 140g
-
Wild garlic pesto 1 Jar

Chopped cherry tomatoes 8-10
-
Mozzarella 150g
-
Black olives (kalamata) 10-15

Parmigiano Reggiano 2tbsp
Tip
This recipe also works well with our rocket pesto or basil pesto.
Method

Put plenty of water to boil. Add salt when the water is boiling add pasta.

Chop cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
-
When pasta is ready (8min), drain it and reserve some water. Stir in pesto adding hot water to loosen it up. Add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and olives.

Serve with a sprinkle of Parmiggiano Reggiano.
