Our tagliatelle, pappardelle and tonnarelli hold sauce beautifully. All our fresh pasta is handmade in small batches using free-range eggs that are never more than a week old and sourced from Sussex.
Our ravioli are plump little parcels of pleasure with their stuffings waiting to be revealed like Christmas presents. We love the convenience of them as there is no need for specially made sauce since the filling is already bursting with flavour!
