Pesto was the first thing we ever made in 2008! We love it because it's so easy to use and it can be added to lots of different dishes to make food more flavourful - pasta, rice, bruschetta, vegetables and salads. We make traditional Italian pesto which means no cashew nuts! We also do not pasteurise our pesto, so please keep it chilled and don’t forget to add a little water from your pasta before mixing it in for the best taste.
