Pasta is the product we make that truly defines us.

When we talk about our pasta the first thing there is to say is that we use British grown, organic cereals that are turned into a stone-ground, unbleached/un-enriched flour.

Even though our choice of flour really is enough to demonstrate the uniqueness of our pasta it is also the way we produce it to add some really special features to our products: it is truly fresh (made of fresh ingredients), artisanal and exclusive (new shapes, organic spelt, unique flavours – like the stone-ground chestnut tagliatelle on the right).
