When it comes to lasagna making we have an edge: we are creative and yet we are traditional.
All our fresh lasagne are handmade from scratch in the kitchen a day before the market. Even though everything has been pre-cooked, they still need to go in the oven for about 20-30 min to cook as a whole until golden brown and crispy on top.
All ingredients are sourced directly from local farmers and growers. We only use fresh and seasonal ingredients. Special mention is for the meat as we source all our meat from an extraordinary farmer: Todd Cameron of Old Hall Farm in Sussex.
All our lasagna lasts 3 days in the fridge or have to be frozen (frozen are good for a month).
